Environment & climate
We support The Paris Agreement and align our efforts with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Our commitment is reflected in our Miljöstegen certification, annual environmental analyses, and ongoing workplace training.
Mental & Physical Health
We believe that happy people make great work. So, we help our employees to invest in their well-being through generous benefits and incentives, and raise awareness around mental health with various initiatives throughout the year.

Refugees
We have a long partnership with UNHCR, donating throughout the year. In 2022, we raised €750,000 for Ukrainian refugees, and through our Create & Impact program, we’ve donated €39.5m in charitable activities for society.
Data Governance
We have developed a global data privacy program run by the Global Data Privacy Office to ensure that the Personal Information we collect and use is done so in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, such as GDPR.
Working with Cancer
Our global initiative aims to end stigma and support colleagues who receive a chronic diagnosis. We provide compensational and social support to employees on long-term sick leave, so that they can feel supported and focus on their recovery.
